But the potential is amazing. True it would be creepy if abused, but imagine an electrical stimulus breaking an addictive urge, or blocking arousal of a sexual preditor, or the fear response of phobics, or the tics of compulsives ...

I bet there's some positive uses for something like this, but, unfortunately, there will be people out there that will abuse it. It seems like my soap opera has been using this technology for years!! LOL!

Maybe they could stop them from pooping on the ledge outside my window. Now THAT would be useful.
