I got a bunch of LED light pods the other day and installed them, on my Hog. There is a total of 26 LED's. I'm not done yet either, I ordered 4 more pods with 4 lights in each pod so I can put more around the chrome on the motor and I might put one pod under each saddle bag to light up my chrome pipes in the back. Heck, if I don't think it's bright enough, I'll order maybe 8 more pods... This is going to look so cool going down the road at night. I told Takila it's all in the name of safety.. Better to be seen at night then to get run down, right? Bling Bling. I took these in the "Hog Barn" this after noon, Tonight after dark. ( I need to learn to take pic.) They are alot brighter than the pic. shows. With flash, Without flash,

That looks nice! You can tell you take very good care of your bike. It's got to take a long time to polish & clean it like that! How many miles ya got on her? Last

last98, I have just over 10,000 miles on it. About cleaning the bike, takila gets pissed at me. When we take the bike to go for coffee or lunch, I have to get it out and wipe everything down for 45 minutes before she comes out. She says I have OCD, or obsessive-compulsive disorder. I just can't see myself riding a dirty or streaked bike. Like under my avatar says, I love my Harley like a fat kid loves cake.. Bling Bling..

Are those lights legal to use while you're cruising? Or is it just show off stuff? Very cool.

There is some controversy over accent lights. As long as you can't see the red lights facing forward when standing in front of the bike I should be ok. Alot of states state "no neon lights" These are LED's State law also says only amber lights in the front and red in back. Another state law reads no white, red, blue "flashing" lights allowed. Wisconsin only states the latter. If a state law only says no neon lights, then bring on the ticket I'll go to court. As long as the law doesn't state "LED" lights, I'm legal. Otherwise they will have to make a new reg. or law stating LED lights. I am going to print off the D.O.T. laws and regs. and carry them in the tour pack so when Mr. gun-hoe newby cop tries to give me crap, I'll ask for a ticket, then take it to court. I also have the lights on their own switch so I can turn them off during the day, or if I meet Mr. gun-hoe
