Seven layer salad American kurobuta ham from Snake River Farms Baby brussel sprouts w/ onion & sweet red chili sauce Creamed spinach-parmesan w/ nutmeg/clove/pepper seasoning Potato & portabella mushroom au-gratin Hot rolls with herbed Irish butter De Bortelli Shiraz

*Drool* All I got was KFC while I keep an eye on my younger son who is sick in bed. Poor kid is having a rotten Easter while everybody else gets to go out and celebrate.
Think you could send me a plate?

That sounds good to me. If you'll cook like that we will most definitely stop by in May..

Everyone was very happy. I have had this ham twice now, and I can truly say it is the finest ham I have ever eaten. A little pricey, but worth it once a year.
There are just about two glasses of port left, and I expect RTH member Bob ALtamura to pop over and have a glass a little later.
No way am I going down to the shop. I am only fit for the arm chair right now. I think I was doing OK until we broke out the 18 year old scotch.
Cheers
