l believe if l were to buy a bike other than a "Harley Davidson" it would be one of these, from same neighborhood as Japan and a good copy of a BMW ;D ;D ;D www.chinasidecar.com/sidecar_price.htm

"you buy a twenty dollar helmet for a twenty dollar head."

The wooden bike gives me an idea. (bon-fire this weekend) ;D Great discussion! lol... I started riding (dirt bikes) 28 years ago. I've been on just about every make of street bike that's out there. I fell in love with the Dyna Wide Glide the first time I saw the TV series "Renegade". It was the bike that was driven by Lorenzo Lamas. Mine is the best sounding, best feeling, best handling, and best looking bike that I've ever owned. Still, I'll ride anything with two wheels, and ride with anyone just the same, but let it be known that I'll still like my bike more. Not because it has the name "Harley" on the tank, but because it's mine!! KD darlin, I used to work in Sasebo Japan. If you ever go there, you won't want to come back here.

lets start out by saying l did not mean to insult anybody,l get carried away watching our(USA) economy go down the drain, not any "one's" fault,l've ridden since 1966,fist a TR-6 dirt bike,a 1960 XLCH,my 1948 HD Panhead for 20 years,a 750 bonnie, and last an 850 honda and more baskets than l remember, the point of this is "I" can't ride anymore and its killing me,again sorry for loose biker talk,if you enjoy what you ride "sc--w em all" ;D

Yes, beautiful country, but what I like the most is how people treat you. Very polite people there.

Obviously a rockhound didn't make that bike. A real rockround would have used petrified wood.

A Norton? You got pics? when I was a kid, my neighbor's boyfriend have a custom Norton chopper. I used to love that bike! A few years later he died in a parachuting accident.
