Naw, land mines aren't the thing, those will just mess up the area. What you need is some kind of a rope trap that springs to life only when trash is tossed, grabs the offender then swings them in circles high in the air before letting go of them so they land way far out in the ocean. It would be nice to rig and hid one of those trail watching cameras and maybe get a license number from there vehicle. A rough area of the road would be a good place to set it as they would be watching the trail rather than the area next to it.
