You think squirrels love chocolate? They may like the chocolate...but I think they really are after the peanut butter flavor inside the chocolate!

Squirrels are capable of some very interesting behaviors (think Psychology 101 lab rats with furry tails). Check out this squirrel that used to come visit the last Rehab Clinic I worked at before I retired. And was she ever stubborn! I always told my patients: "Don't walk on the grass in bedroom slippers, especially if you are going to be using a rolling walker." But would she listen to me? Nope. In fact, once I heard her mumble "Nuts to you, Lady B". Shocking. Just shocking! Lady B

My wife gets very rattled by the thought of our cats getting even a fragment of chocolate; She understands that chocolate kills cats; who would have thought that these rodents are more human like than our pets. csroc
