This is Shawn's way of saying I'm totally obsessed with rocks. He put my name in and changed seashells to rocks. I love it. ~~Mitzi~~

How Neat!
My hubby would have put in my name, left the seashells, added rocks, and changed the thread title to possessed intead of obsessed.
Just because I have a few seashells and rocks now...
I think I would have been totally distracted walking across that sea bed. And it's not like that is an everyday opportunity!
Very clever cartoon! Thanks for sharing.

I am a church youth pastor. The teenagers I work with think I am a super nerd for playing with rocks. The blending of biblical and rock references would have them in stitches. My name would be inserted and it would end up on the big screen at the front of the church.
Don't do it Thanman!
My wife wants to get my kids 2 t-shirts. One she has already seen. It says, "My Dad Rocks". The other one is one she wants to make. It would say "Say NO to rocks"

My rock hunting friend and I struck a deal with a couple who were at the same road cut...we help them get a 350 lb rock of llanite in their van...they help us get the smaller 175 pounder in my truck. When I got home with it my husband shook his head and said "i'm not EVEN gonna ask!" I say commitment...he says commitable! lol obsessed and happy!

Angela used to tell me I spent too much time with my rocks but the rocks never tried to blow me off whenever I wanted to spend time with them.

That is too funny Mitzi. My husband is famous for saying "Im sure you will find another one" or even better "we will get it the next time we are up here". Ive gotten to where I insist on getting it NOW as I know that if I dont, I will never see it again. Like the time I found a stump with bright orange fungus all over it. I wanted it, he said next time. I said no way and tried to lift it myself but couldnt. He then stomped over and put it in the back of the blazer for me. What I thought was a small stump turned out to be a large one that took up the whole back of the blazer lol.
He calls all of us "rock freaks". After dealing with my daughter and I the funny part was when our grandson came over to visit and emptied out his pockets which were full of gravel that he wanted to show us. Hubby says "OH GREAT, NOT ANOTHER ROCK FREAK!!!"

My wife had to stop my kids from picking up gravel from the shopping centre (mall) car park to bring home for daddy the other day. They're are so sweet.
