I could not believe that it rained this morning here at the house near Carrollton, GA. It has been months since we have had any rain. There was a sprinkle about a mouth ago and I do mean a sprinkle. It rained about and 0.125 inches this morning. It was great to see the rain falling. It is suppose to rain again Saturday thur Monday. I hope it is alot. We are down almost 21 inches in this area. The main lake that supplies water for Atlanta is at it lowest since 1981. Maybe this rain will help. Take Care Happy Thanksgiving Everyone Still Digging n tha Dry Georgia Dirt, GaRock (Frank)

I am hearing the "Hallelujah Chorus" from Georgia. Also suffering from drought and water issues here. Luckily (or not!) we do have underground water, which we can pump, so they have not shut off our town H2O.

I'm happy for y'all!
It snowed in New Mexico. Yup - I go to NM for Thanksgiving...and it snows. And it's supposed to snow all weekend. Yippee.
