Some special someone mentioned my wood spirits in another post. I think I like my wood spirits more than my cuckoo clocks.
With giving away about 8 and selling 4 of them I still have 22 of them and another 2 on the way here from Montana. That would be a total of 36 I have bought. The guy that carves them is IMO, great at it. I even asked him to carve a rolling pin for Takila. Takila says I have compulsive collecting behavior, but I'm not a hoarder though, I just collect cool stuff.

Here is something else I collect, deer racks that I have shot. I have a total of 8 racks, one full shoulder mount and about 17 hides from bucks and does.

I won't bore you all with my cuckoo clocks just yet.
I don't think collecting stuff hurts anything., as long as you don't go overboard with it.

Hey earthdog,

Please post pics of the cuckoo clocks!!! Ive been in love with them since I was a kid but have never gotten around to getting one. As for your wood spirits, I really like them! #6 is my favorite, he has a sneaky look on his face. I have just one.....actually, Jay had it before we got married, not sure where he got it. We have him hanging on the brick by our wood stove.
