Im so happy to see you!!! Ive been asking around about you over the last few months. Im just glad to see that you are back, you've been missed. Of course no one is mad at you.

Rob you all are my familey so I don't mind telling you just a long one I will say 2 people I love very much passed, My comp went poop, My back went to hell on a hand cart, and on and on.... I also have been working on lossing over 100 lbs 55 down with 55 to go that has been a full time job too. The tumbler never stoped running and the rocks are still rolling here in Wyoming. So that is the short of it. Boy I have missed you guys so so so much!!! happy to be home.

No kidding, 55 pounds... that's great!! My wife tried just about everything to lose weight and finally had to go through the gastric bypass surgery. That was about maybe 9 years ago. She lost 120 pounds. She gained about 25 pounds back but still looks great.

I think you went MIA just about the time I was really getting into my groove here at RTH but from all that I've read I am absolutely certain that your RTH Family is going to be thrilled as they realize you are active once again.
I'm sorry for your losses and troubles but you are back with good friends now and good friends can definitely make the bad times and sad times easier to handle.
Welcome back to the active side of RTH.

I'm so glad to see you back! I was concerned about your health issues (back, ie). So, I am hoping that you are now healthy and happy? Or at least healthier and happier?
Or at least getting there?

CINA !!!!! I am sooooo happy to see ya back on the boards. I too missed ya girl. I am sorry to hear you were having such a bad time. My wife lost 60 pounds in 8 months on a liquid diet called nutrimed. Ask your doctor about it. If your doc wants more information they can contact Dr. Robert Wiprud at the Scott and White Clinic in College Station, Texas.
