My first thought was cave "soda straws", but they aren't normally so nobbly on the outside. I'd have to agree with the fulgerites.

they sure are fulgurites! I've had piles of them, but not any for years. Those look really nice too, very glassy on the inside.

They could be, or they may not be. If value is in question, take them to an expert. Becasue only someone willing to collect them will buy them. There is no lapidary use in either case. Only a value that will vary from very high, to very low.
