Steve: I was able to obtain one slab of that material from which I cut three cabs, from a Mexican prospector years and years ago. He called it silver plume but it actually is Psilomelane Plume Agate. He told me it's from Chihuahua, Mexico. The psilomelane, polishes out to be a fine bright metallic silver when you cab it. Makes for very striking pieces and I haven't seen any of the plume for sale for probably 20 years.....mel
