Color looks a little dark to me but looks a bit purple on my monitor. If it actually is purple and sparkly, could be lepidolite....Mel

It could be serpentine, if it's soft, but if it's hard, I'm not sure. If hard steel will scratch it, then it's below 6 on moh's scale. Hope it helps,

it's has a lot of purple and it has some nice swirl in it

no I tried to scratch it it just left a mark like a pencil
