I recall tha cab Cher, it was my faorvite out of the group he posted together. Nice wrapp!
Graveyard plume is located in eastern Oregon roughly. However the occurance does serch into western Idaho. AS REgency PLume comes from Idaho, but both types can get confues in the markets becasue they are next to identical. outside of a couple varying color traights. Theres also a type out there called Northridge plume agate. I and dont care what Mike the mine owner says, it was well is part of the same occuarnce and can be confued with both types names above. HIs stance is the plumes are in water clear agate. Well, i can see that consisitancey in his plume. BUt i also see water clear agate in both other types from time to time too.

WOW! You did a great job job on that stone Cher. I like the way it accents the shape of the stone without covering up the beauty of the plumes. You are very good at this wrapping thing. If you want more stones to wrap, just let me know.

*smile* I'm glad you like it Ed. I couldn't see any other way to wrap something with plumes, you sure wouldn't want to hide them under curls and swirls. I've got an agate that I'm playing with now, just about the same size. It got stunning bands so needs something very similar to this one.

Cher, I love this wrap! I also like the two-tone with the wire.
It's kind of like my impression of Shaker furniture - just enough embellishment to bring out the beauty of the piece.

Four strands of sterling wrapped in 1/2 round 1/2 hard gold filled on this one. I'm just about to post one I did with three stands.
