The shipping on those things is twice the clap's price. Lets get together and see how many of those things we need. I 'll order them and ship them out to each - I'm sure it would be cheaper. Let me know if this is something you would be interested in or is this too much trouble.

I was pretty surprised when I saw how much the shipping on it was too Robert so cancelled mine. I would like to have a couple myself so would go in with you on it. It's a big job taking on doing this, are you sure? And don't forget, you need to include the cost of buying the bubble bags to ship them out in. You need to watch their pricing too, after you go over $20.00 the shipping goes up. This was at the science surplus place, was there any other place that had a better price on shipping?

I can get the bubble bags at the3 post office for free, so no biggie there. I just hated to spend 2 buck on clamps and 6 buck to get them to me. If we can get say 5-6 people intereted, i'd be more than happy to do it.

An easy way to get them, is to go to Ace Hardware. They have a special order book. The clamps are sheet metal clamps. They are for holding sheet metal for riveting.
Most flea market tool guys have them. They are about 1$ ea.

That's what we're getting them for, a buck each plus the shipping. Not bad and great for those of us who don't have flea markets close by.
