i had this cab of jamie's all wrapped up and was tightening my wires to make the bail and it broke and my pic does not do justice to how nice this cab was i was able to find another with similar shape to fit in the wrap which i'd spent 2 hrs making . jamie i'm going to put this one in as replacement but i am going to try to reshape that cab if i can and redo it only smaller now. do i need to know any tips on working this material when i try to reshape it? kim

Oh man, bummer Kim. But the replacement looks great too. You shouldn't have a problem reshaping the other one. The cab I made from the piece I got from Jamie took a great shine even though it was softer than what I usually work with. You could probably start with your 220 wheel to reshape it then just go down the line and polish it with 50k diamond.

Aww what a shame, great save on the wire though. Hope it goes good reshaping the first one.

Kim, You are not to worry about the cab, please don't replace it with the one I sent for you, I just won't take it. I feel terrible that you spent two hours working on something for me anyway. You should be getting ready for your show. I only have 900 lbs of chrysocolla laying around here, if I want another cab I can easily make one. This is what you need to do, fix that cab, wrap it and add it to your display case for your show that is right around the corner. That would make me happier than anything else. Did the guy ever get your AC fixed? Or does your husband have an imprint of the remote control in his forehead?
