Here's some new wraps. Thank you Kim for the center stone idea. It took some fenagling to incorporate it into the way I wrap cabs, but it works great. I hope you like them. Steve First, Mex Crazy Lace Blue Lace Agate Chrysocolla with 5mm Topaz Brecciated Japser with green Tourmaline Two Jade pendants. This is Tony's Jade. These were from a slab sitting on display that I liked so much that I didn't want to touch. I'm glad I took the plunge .

Very nice Steve. Yesterday Steve was in my area and came over to my house for a nice afternoon visit. He had these wraps with him and they really do look sharp. His cabs are first class and his wraps just make them so much nicer. Excellent work Steve.

Very nice. Your simple style and dual wire bends give the wraps a real feel of elegance, even a bit of a deco notion. Very pretty. I think we may need to ask you for a picture tutorial.

Thanks for the thoughts. The two Jade ones are off as gifts already. I will defenetly be doing more Jade if possible coming up. It looks real nice with silver and has a nice feel. Thanks again to Kim for the side stone idea.
Cmon Jonje, when are you going to get back into wrapping?
Thanks Textiger, I try to keep things tight and simple. Half the time I have extra ends I dont even know what to do with. Do you really want a picture tutorial? I can be persuaded. Gotta warn you though, my style has more steps than usual. Lotsa tape involved. Steve

Steve,
Absolutely, a picture tutorial would be fantastic. I want to try this stuff, but I'm artistically challenged. I really like the simple elegance you and others display. Seeing how these are done would go a long way to figuring it out. If you are willing, I'm sure it would quickly become one of the most viewed tutorials on the site.

I really like your style; it looks simple (which we all know it's not) but very elegant. I particularly liked the Brecciated Japser with green Tourmaline. Very interesting stone, and the final product is gorgeous! Can we see the backs? Pretty please?

Karenth, here's the backs-all consolidated into one photo. Not as interesting as the front, but then people don;t see those parts anyway.. Tex, I'll start working on a tutorial on the next batch of wraps (gotta make some cabs this weekend). Oh, and I need to figure out just how I do it first Steve Here's some earrings from a few nights ago too- just had them nearby. It's like making two tiny wraps. A lot of squinting goes into these.
