Well I finally got inspired to wrap this for my mother for Mother's day (Sunday May 13) and I got a bit scarred as the deadline was fast approaching and I hadn't done anything yet. I took out the wire and actually quite enjoyed doing this one - more flowy wire & less coils but very sore fingers - I posted the cab before - this one was from a large slab where I cut across many areas to create this nice cab - 22g sq wire DH in SS and HH 1/2rd SS (sorry Jamie) Here's the front And the back because some idiot named Tweetiepy always asks for the darn thing (please ignore the scratches since it's the back - notice the "twister" on the left side) Here it is against the light - hopefully the wires won't show too much I really hope she likes it

That's great Tweet! I like how you can see the wires through it a bit and the "twister" is really unique.

Very nice and clean wrap, and the cab is interesting too. I've noticed that little hole in that cab. Is it deep? You could try to see how it would look a curled wire ended in that hole.

The hole goes up the flower - I had thought of adding a small rhinestone in there, but the one I have might be too big!

She said she loved it - I had it strung on a leather cord so it's more for anytime wear rather than a "special occasion" thing - She thought it was "african lace" wrap - since it was wrapped a bit like the one posted on stoneageindustries but I told her it was the stone that was called african lace on the previous one, - this one is some sort of agate - it's my calla lily wrap

Looks kinda like agate with a touch of carnelian. It does look like a calla lilly.
