I've done 2 other wraps before, with some wal mart wire and pretty much quit in the middle on them. I finally broke down and got some copper square and half round to play with, so actually sat down to do one. The wrap at the top got a little rough while I was working with it and somehow my bottom part got off center. I had fun and will do some more, then will decide if wrapping is for me or not ;D

Looking at that one, wrapping seems to be for you, Chinook!

LOL......now that I have the right wire, yes, it is addictive. I've done 2 other wraps, but didn't complete them. It was with wal mart wire. I've done some other wire stuff, but just little danglies for jewelry. I'll have to show a pic of one that is unfinished.....I call it bad hair day. This is addictive, not ready for the real wire yet! Thank you to everyone!

Great job! You have to watch what kind of wire you're using, some is already half hard and gets harder to work with once you start playing with it!
I like how you've twisted the wire on the bail, but you have to watch that the twists match (unless you're going for the uneven look)
I like how your wrap looks, simple and it shows off the stone awesomely

Thanks everyone. Tweetie, I wasn't going for the uneven look ... LOL. I was just playing with twisting as I've never had square wire to do it with and realized after I was done......oops, not enough twist on one side, or too much on the other. This is all half hard wire, I learned that it gets harder after you've worked with it on that pendant! I'm guessing dead soft is the way to go?

Thanks everyone, you've been very inspiring. I did one other after the one picd above, then did a 3rd, but it .........is in the copper heap now. I'm trying to figure out how to finish the bail part in the back (need pics of backs of wire wraps) and then I think I'm maybe trying to wrap too tight around the pendant, not sure, just n eed some practice!
