I've been sick for the past month...finally feeling better. Anywho, all I felt like doing now and then, was work on my new site. I finished uploading it last night. I still have to add the tutorials, but other than that, it is finished. I'd really like to know what you all think of it. Thanks bunches, Nancy F keystonejewelry.com

Nice site and beautiful jewelry In the last sentence you wrote: "...it is gone and only the purchaser will have that stone(s) in that design." I didn't like the use of the word stone(s) it didn't flow. I thought up this ...it is gone and only the purchaser will have the lasting beauty of that design. Food for thought

Hey...that sounds better! Maybe add ...of that design with those particular stones or stone. I say this, because I may use a similar design, but with a different stone or stones. I don't want to leave any room for controversy. Thanks a lot for the feedback. This is the first site I have built in this style. The other one to me was toooooo commercial and not artistic enough to me.

The design is really super - nice high quality finish and nice and easy on the eye. The elegant layout was very attractive. You have some great looking jewellery showing, really very nice. Thanks for the link and highlight. I agree with Spirit that the text doesn't quite flow in that sentence, words like custom or unique might help. You have certainly captured the "artistic" feel you were hoping for - the site feels professional, and well managed.
Cheers,
Harry.

Hi Nancy, I think Harry has captured the essence of your website beautifully. I do agree with the posted sentiments re: that particular sentence. Perhaps tweaking it a bit will make the difference needed and keep it clear for you. Something like what Spirit Stone and Harry suggest + your own thoughts: " only the purchaser will have the lasting beauty of that uniquely designed stone". There is one other tweak I would make: On the first page of your Necklaces display you have written: " Being handmade jewelry pieces, extenders can be added for a perfect fit." I would change the first part of your sentence to " Since these are handmade..." It sounds more sophisticated to my ear and fits nicely with the beauty of your designs--both the Website itself and your lovely jewelry pieces. Thank you for sharing your website with us. I have bookmarked it for future use and reference. And I wish you all good luck with this wonderful endeavor!! Lady B

Oh my...thanks all! Yes, I will rewrite that sentence. I like your wording too Lady B. Something for you all to think about...I studied SEO (search engine opt) all last year...sometimes things sound weird I know...but truth is, that is why. I try to use key phrases...hence, the "being handmade jewelry pieces" thang. I agree, that is takes a lot of talent to write great content. I ain't thar yet! lol.... I truly appreciate all the feedback. I've been tweaking the bugger today. More needs to be done. ack! If anyone needs a web site...let me know. I might take on the task of making you one. (never know!) Ofcourse, you would have full control over your site...I have made them for others before. It just isn't my line of business...But I do enjoy making them. Hugs to all!

love the new look nancy and glad to see you have it up and running smoothly. i had a visitor here from idaho and was trying to show her your site and couldn't get it to upload the pics properly. i told her you must be working on it and told her to check it when she got home.
