Hi, I Thought this might be helpfull for new people , In setting out making cabs A few cut cabs and precuts before grinding A few slabs ( WET) and cut out shapes(on address Lables) This lable system is not my Idea But it works realy well, as when cutting out the coolant can obscure a Aliminum pen mark but not a white lable and if the lable is kept on it also helps with grinding accurate to the shape This is just a bit of bent sheet metal but it is fantastic 1 - it cuts out spray to a minium, 2 - You look down on to the blade and this helps you line up the cutting line on the design with the saw, 3 - But the main purpose I made this for was to stop undercutting, when making little crosses and the tops of hearts its important to get this right , otherwise you are left with a very weak 1/2 sawn through stay on the cross due to curveture of the saw blade Hope this is of help , Thanks for looking"Happy Cabbing " Jack Yorkshire UK

thats a good idea jack i allways had a prob with that when ya turn over the piece you have cut past the mark on the bottom about a 1/8 so it makes for more grinding and it changes the shape alot

I just put a new shaft and bearing assembly in mine. The bearing went out and I damn near lost a finger!
$29.00 later and I'm back in business!
