Wow, this stuff is cool looking, but very soft. This one started out as a 30x22mm and ended up as a 25x18mm-barely. An indoor and outdoor pic   And here's another amythest freeform  Thanks for looking, Ed |

yepper, cool stuff, very soft, but a great cab, Ed! have you checked prices out there for finished stuff? very pricey! here is a slab i got a while back:  and one of the few pendants i sucessfully got:  wtg, ED! KD |

Dang that stuff is pretty, got my question answered too finding out it's very soft would mean definitely not for the tumbler. Awesome stones you two.

I like, mmmmm You never can go wrong with good Rhodocrosite for cabs. Have any of you worked the stuff coming out of Mexico? Seirra Mradre trades has rough for sale of it. Some supper sweet color, and if you cut it with the table, you can get a crystal flash, similar to that of Labradorite or Larkavite. I love working it just becasue if can finish a nice cab in 10minutes or less.
