That was very good! I got some ideas for my next dop heater now. I'd like to draw a line around the perimeter of the cab but I don't think I'm that steady! Still, that's a great idea... Thanx Ed.

Hey Joe. I lay the cab on a flat surface, then take my marking stick(I use aluminum and brass) and lay it on the surface and hold it still while I turn the cab around with the point of the marker resting against the side of the cab. That gives me a straight line about 1/8" or so above the back of the cab. If you want, I can take some pics to help better explain the process.

No pics needed, that's brilliant!! I can do that. I could even rig something to hold the marker stick steady. Turn the cab... how simple in retrospect.
