Hi everyone, I'm a new member. I posted some cab pictures in the new member section, and was told to move them here for all of you to enjoy, so here goes This is a moss agate cab, the agate I picked up, last year from a secret spot Maybe we can get together and I can show you sometime. This is an Agate Creek Agate cab I made, the rock comes from Queensland, Australia. Fun Stuff to work. This is a cab of hydraphane opal, it becomes translucent when wet, but turns opaque when dry. You can read thru it when wet. This is a cab of Chinchilla Petwood from Queensland. The agate is rare in this wood. And finally my "Rock" Hammer. I made it from a zebra type agate I picked up for $1 at a show. Thanks for looking. Take Care, Dan www.dbrockwerks.com

They are all stunning but that first bluish colored moss agate is beyond words. Too bad I'm too far away to go hunting with you to your secret spot. They are all really nice, hammer too.

Now you're in the right place Dan. As I said before, great work. The rock hammer is cool too.

Hi Everyone, Thanks for the kudos. All I can say is I have fun doing cabs. I will try to get a few more posted a little later. I am still working on coming up with a good handle for the "Rock" hammer, thinking maybe a decorative wood? Everybody have a good one. Keep on cabbing. DanKOre

The moss agate is especially lovely. Wish I could find agate like that here in NM. Hey, I think I'll go LOOK. S
