Thanks Joe....I just sort of wing it mostly....the rock tells me what shape it wants to be sometimes and other times I mark out the shapes prior to cutting....

Hehehe..you can pick...I have 2 of the red ones shaped like Celtic crosses and the Pet Wood crosses that you see in the pics...I'll post 'em when they are done and let you decide....you may have to wrestle my wife for 'em but we can go 2 out of 3 pins! LOL....nah..just kidding of course,,,it's amazing how much more interested she is now that I'm finishing some stones... lol..

Stefan - Thanks! Yep...I'm tumbling it all...no grinder yet Like the curves huh? Me too...cut 'em all on the Workforce...I make the concave cuts by holding the stone perpendicular to the blade and using the edge to 'grind' the shape....it's hard on the blade so I use a seperate blade for trimming... It takes a little practice and they don't always come out perfect but I really like the look of a concave curve.... I'll post some picks of more curvy ones later.... Dan

I was thinking you might be using it that way- A diamond Band on the dremel sanding drum might work in similiar fashion (but probably not a quick) Cool stuff-
