I slabbed up a bunch of the roostertail agate today and man, this stuff is cool looking. I gotta start cleaning the cabs a little better so I don't end up with dust on them before I take the pics. This one is 30x22mm This one is 40x30mm Thanks for looking.

The first one is my favorite. I can see the tail feathers. This rough is somewhere on my list of things to get, but I did not like the onew rockman69 had last time.

Boy, I bought some of that awhile ago and haven't slabbed it yet. Gotta put it on my short list. Those cabs are really nice!.....mel

Let's see, I bought the graveyard about two months ago and the roostertail about a month ago and I've been tripping over the box with the roostertail in it almost daily. So While I was cutting today, I thought I'd get it out of my way. And after see what it looked like, I just had to work up a couple of cabs. Too many rocks, not enough time. Thanks for the compliments folks.

Thaks folks. It's nice not to have to trip over that box anymore. This material is really cool to work with. All the slabs have like little windows in them, some go all the way thru and others don't. And to think, I gave away about half of what I bought. Oh well, It went to some worthy people who will do it justice.

Such reds, and clear translucency. Definitely some nice material, and the high luster really helps you see inside the stone.
