OK here are a couple of cabs I finished a few weeks back- Hope you all enjoy First up is a finihed preform Stoner sent- Poppy Jasper  and a Crazy Lace Egg (well not actually an egg- as it has a flat back- and is not exactly the perfect egg shape- but sometimes crazy lace has hidden pockets that like to break away at the wrong time)  I have more but Photobucket took over 20 minutes just to upload 10 pixs- so I will get the others uploaded later. ok here are a couple others Hickoryite  and Picture Jasper  |

good job on those, hard to pick a fav but if I must, I'd say the crazy lace 'egg' - love the patterns that stuff has.

Nice lookin' lace Stefan, good job. Poppie's even nice with fractures, I don't think you could mess that stuff up at all.

THanks All- Ed I don't think those fractures are as pronounced as they appear to be- I probably just need to wipe some of that haze out of em (I did not notice them until I psted the pic) The Egg was gonna be a project for Easter- I have a few more in the works- and they were gonna be for a Basket for my MOM- well they take a lot longer than I thought they would- Oh well always next year?

Great looking cabs Stephan. I like the lace agate shape too. It works very well with the pattern of the stone. It's unusual, but it doen't overpower the patterns and swirls. Nice ballace between nature and the cabbing machine. That is an awesome looking poppy jasper too. I am about to cut up a slab that looks alot like that. Now I know how it will turn out! I hope mine looks as beautiful and crafted as yours. I really like the soft concave shape of it.
