Hi all. Well, 2 of the slabs I got today hit the saw. Montana Moss Agate 30x22mm Tavertine/onyx 40x30mm These next two are leftovers from the other nite. This one is from the slab of onyx, however there is no transluscent areas on this cab. 30x22 This is another agate from Fairburned that he collected in South Dakota. 20x15mm at the top Thanks for looking. Gotta go cut some more agates.

It didn't take you long to cab those new slabs up. I really like the Montana moss!

That was quick, that top one is really nice. It would look good infused in a knife handle, just think moss agate handle with poppy jasper blade !

I don't know Tony, you're starting to stray pretty far away from "just jade"

Ed, The first cab is lovely but I like the combination of crystals and banding in the 4th cab. That 4th one would look nice wrapped! Susan

Very nice Ed, the frist Cab marked as Montana Moss is the Sagenite. Looks like classic stuff. Ya, and i love Onyx when the dedrites are well formed like in your second photo. Very nice!

Thanks all. Kim, I'm getting to the other slab today, Patience! Cher, I'm trying to balance my time between the trees and the rocks, but the trees are losing. The first cab is the moss agate Shain. I haven't cut the sagenite yet.(check out the post in the photos section) That last pic is a really cool agate, it has crystals and banding.

Hey Ed, You have cut Sagenite, i collect the stuff, and i can say for cetain that frist cab is sagenite, not moss agate. Looks like Classic Colonia Rach Sagenite out of Mexico. I see the rough, but i hounestly think you got them mixed. The Montana slab looks like it has loose tube formations, not packed needles. And the Sagenite slab has the color traight in this frist cab. I just dont see that tight needle burst at all in the Montana slab.

Wow Ed, you are going nuts over there. Those came out really nice. I like the second Onyx one (the yellow guy) and that other Fairburned find. Wow. I like how the crystaline-ness (I am sure there is some fance geology name for it) is oriented towards the bottom. Nice effect. Steve
