here is a plate full that just came off the dop this afternoon: and here are some close ups. this first shot is some of Stoner's opalized pet wood and a hunk of the craziest picture jasper i've ever seen (also courtest of Stoner), looks like a robin's egg, only the robin was doing acid at the time: here is a piece of mook that i got out of one of Bearcreeks grab boxes: Connrock sent me some great stuff a while back i call this one "Morning Has Broken": and here is some plume he also gave me (with flash): i got back to basics with a few brazilian agates: and here is a piece of Charolite: there are a few pieces of turquoise you can see on the plate, my first working with this material, kind of bland compared to some of the others, finally here is a pic of some pet wood (i think that's what he said) that Stefan sent me: thanks for looking!!! WOW! You have been busy haven't you? Excellent job on all of them. I think I'm partial to the Brazilian agates, but they all look great. You seem to get an excellent shine on your cabs. What are you using for polish?

after i polish on the 3000 grit wheel of my Genie, i buff them out with the canvas pad (that came with the unit) and 14000 diamond paste. works a treat!

You do a wonderful job - your domes look perfect. That plume agate looks fascinating - like you can drown in it!

OOOHHHH I remeber that slab now!!!! You I got like a 20 Lb hunka that (stupid stupid stupid Stefan) I cut 3 or 4 pieces off it- then set it aside because the slabs were just too cool and I still hope to be able to afford a slab saw someday- hmmm Now I'm gonna have to move a slb of that up to the preform pile!!! Man I hate getting old-
