fairburned these 1st 2 are yours from the 1st rock i've cut - sands did the 1st one and i did the 2nd one rainbow jasper with some hematite and pyrite in it - where it looks like pits it is actually flecks of the pyrite. some hematite runs beside that but i couldn't capture it with the camera kim

Hmm, is that dome cabochons i see. Kim did you cut the thrid one too? I like all three, though the frist one is darker in the photo and doesnt show the pattern well. The last one is my fav, color, contrast, nice shape, and interesting pattern. too cool!

Hey Kim, I think I was there while you were working on that second Fairburn! It turned out nice, as did the rainbow jasper. Putting them into the quartz crystal for photography is a good idea. Maybe in a couple weeks I can get back down there again, might be my last chance for a while what with the new baby due late September.
