I know that it is time to get busy wrapping some of these, but it gets so addicting at times once you start working on a few preforms and turning out a few polished cabs. These are some waiting to be done that I particularly liked. Graveyard Point Plume Agate- Brazillian Agate- This came from a slice of thunder egg- Antelope Jasper- Sodalite Moss Agate- This came from Russia, but I lost the identifier with the name on it. I got it from a local rock show in Apache Junction. Antelope Jasper- Charoite- Graveyard point Plume Agate- Got this as a trade for some Montana and it was called Cherry Agate. It may have another trade name as well. Brazillian Agate- Brazillian Agate- Graveyard point Plume Agate- Regency Plum Agate- Regency Plum Agate- Priday Plume Agate- Graveyard Point Plum Agate- That's enuff! Thanks for looking! -Banjo All name are open for discussion and negotiation.

I wish I new what the first one was. We got that chunk of rough from Shain (Freeform) and never bothered to ask him what it was. It was residing in a basket with a bunch of other stuff and just caught my eye once we got it home from his place. (along with a few more baskets of rough.) If you ever get to Arizona you have got to check out his stock pile!! -Banjo

Seems a birdie told me it's your wifes birthday soon...got any of these in mind for her?? lol...These are just beautiful and I'm pretty sure after your meeting, you will be saying what kind of stones they are? Just want to see if my guesses were right. I favor the first one and...well, too many ties after that!! Have a terrific day Mr.Banjo!! Jolyn

WOW Banjo those are jaw-dropping - I still got a piece of that oval shaped one (graveyard plume_ and mine looks nothing like yours - imagine that! duh) - that first one is beautiful!
I'd say I'm speechless but I've been just yammin' on about how beautiful they are... - excellent work - I think Mrs. Banjo should get the pick of the litter!

Ok, I'll modify and identify. To the best of my ability anyway. The names should be there now. -Banjo

Wow Banjo. Excellent work. That's one great batch of cabs. I know what you mean about cutting cabs and the addiction, I get going and can't stop. Your work is an inspiration.

Very Cool Banjo, Was wondering when we get to see some more. As i always enjoy seeing your work. Rally: Most graveyard/regency/northridge plume agates are considered flame agates to allot of Geologist. As they dont form as a dendrite, which is what is consider more of a plume formation to such folks. And in the Metaphical markets, its considered a flame agate as well. BUt regency is noted for its pink color. Which Banjos, frist example is top notch.
Now you need to back some like that Banjo. That color and pattern will pop so much better. IM still waiting for my dad to invent a backlite to put into jewelry. But i dout it will ever happen. lol

Amazing Banjo - you have a perfect vision for what the cabs will look like! The plumes, etc. are all placed EXACTLY where they should be to be shown to their best advantage. You RULE!

Now I'm gonna date myself... The Antelope Jasper...is that from Antelope Oregon? And...if it is...does anyone out there remember why Antelope Oregon is famous? One time...at band camp...OOPPPS! wrong story! A while back, a handful of people came into the Pub (together) & all seemed to be wearing some kind of red. I started laughing & said we'd better be on the lookout for Ma Anand Sheila. My kids (that's what I call my employees) didn't have the faintest idea what I was talking about!

Liz: Antelope jasper is was actaully collected near the Morrisonite jasper mine. From what ive been told, it was a few miles away. This area is near Owyhee Lake in Easter Oregon. I have and seen thundereggs from Antelope, OR. Some wild plumes can form in those eggs and they are very rare. But i dont know were they were collected near Antelope.
