Wow, nice job Jamie. It looks like there are a bunch of lightening bolts shooting all through that piece.

Jamie, I really like the colors in this cab - what kind of cabbing machine do you use? You're right about Cal, he is a really nice guy! ;DS

Thanks Stoner, thanks Fatrichie and much thanks to you too rockds! Susan, we have a Diamond Pacific, Titan.................. KD, chrysocolla is fairly soft and a lot of it does have fractures. When I cut a slab I just drop it on the ground, not always but if the material is questionable, then I cut cabs from the pieces.
My husband described the stone the same way you did Ed, he said it looked like it was full of lightening.

Hey Cal, I wanted to tell you, that picture of you and your kids in the members photographs section is priceless. Your kids are adorable. My husband was reading through the pages and just after seeing your picture he turned to me and said, "Oh no Jamie, his daughter is a gonner, she had so many rocks in her pockets that her pants should of been down around her ankles". We both cracked up.

Wow! I'd call that cab, Summer Storm. Here in Florida, the lightening flashes almost every summer evening, just like that cab. Beautiful cab DD. ;D Tonja

Hi Jamie, my daughter (and son) are always picking up rocks in the yard and saying hey let's tumble these, but somehow, they find themselves back in the yard LOL.
Great cab, I like that you were able to get some of the dark royal blue into your cab. You are right, it is soft stuff. I have tried a couple, but I don't have a soft touch, so mine have been coming out either warped looking or bumpy.

The royal blue/darkest blue is the shattuckite. Yes Kim, this is the quattro quantum. < not sure of the spelling, I plan on making a few more, love the color. Thanks guys for taking the time to check it out.
