Actually finished these a couple of days ago and took the pics yesterday Some Texas Creek Limb Cast, (awesome stuff- much prettier in real life) A few Bruneau Jaspers, first a brecciated; This one had an interesting shadow orb near the bottom, complimenting the beige patterns; And this is my fave of the Bruneaus; A few Prudent Man agates, first a little triangle; An "artsy" freeform shield shape; (sadly this one also appears in the cabo-gone thread) And a pointy one with a big old druzy pocket, I know stoner doesn't care much for the druzey cabs, but I have a jeweler friend that likes them so she'll get this one; And finally a solid Spenser Opal, I had a more domed one that showed the fire layers as rings, but it crumbled in my hands the other day so this one was all that survived; I've started working up a couple of "practice" triplets of this stuff- according to Shain's tutorial, so I should be posting those next week (Oh and sorry I didn't get a chance to measure them yet, maybe tonight I can update with dimensions)

Nice job Rally. I agree with Robert, you've been turning out some really nice work. I've seen his cab collection in person and I am very impressed with your work. Those limb casts look awesome. I've got a whole box of limbcast, maybe I should see what's inside some of the pieces.

Those are all beautiful, I love the druzy cab. Wish I could come up with some more creative shapes when I'm cutting a cab, they all wind up looking about the same, yours are very unique. Do you determine the shape before you start cutting or does the cab take shape as it is being cut?

Love the Bruneaus, but I don't see how that limb cast could possibly be any prettier in person that it is in the photo! -Don

I'm not sure what amazes me the most, the cabs or the way that you were able to capture the shine on those pics. Those look absolutely beautiful!!

The limbcast is the best. I've been contemplating cabbing some. Now it's for certain. Those are definately my faves.
