Been playing with some more boulder opals and came across this cool piece. This one isn't a finish cab yet because I haven't quite figured out what to do with it. It has a blue flash throughout the stone when it catches the light just right. Check out these pics

A couple of poppy jaspers. I found this piece of green poppy jasper at my local shop. The poppies kind of got blended together as I was grinding the dome on this cab.

And a few agates using my back lighting method.

Beautiful Ed!!! I was gonna grind last night- But my daughter begged me to take her out skiing- it was such a wonderful night (not too cold- and a light snow falling) that we went out a skied around the yard until dinner! By then I was just to tuckered out to grind (that is the 3rd day in a row I've been skiing- heck if I keep it up I might actually start losing that 30Lb spare tire I've been carrying around for too long)

I can't tell if thats some Gneiss Schist, or that Schist is Gneiss. All I know is don't take it for Granite
