here are a few more that i managed to finish before my fingers froze in the cold water plus a pair of earrings from the lapis cabs i'd posted a while back, here is the group:

Tweet, i think turritella is like most rock, there are better grades than others, this was slabbed by Bikerrandy btw and was originally from Bearcreek eBay. i started on this large cab and realized by the 220 wheel that it had a nasty fracture. so i took a tip from Stoner and superglued it on the dop and finished it after letting it set for 24 hours.....worked a treat!

the darker parts are harder and the lighter matrix are soft.......i have a few slabs left if you'd like to practise? postage on me.
