Well I got the last of my 16 cabs polished up tonight. 4 a night for 4 nights. Now it's time to go cut some more ;D First up is an unknown (IDs welcomed) from a rock shop slab Back lit Another unknown rock shop rock Raspberry from Quartzsite This one came with a batch of OJ I bought, not sure if that's what it is (I think it's not). The blue parts were hard but the gold and red were very soft. Frustrating to work with, but it was a nice little scene to capture. As always, thanks for looking!

Beef: First one looks like Flame Agate from Mexico. Second looks almost like some of the orbicular Cave Creek jasper I've seen or maybe even a Morgan Hill variety. Last one looks like an orbicular rhyolite which might make sense since the ocean jasper is said to be associated with orbicular rhyolite.....mel

And a fine finale it is Brian. All are excellent. I can tell you're hooked on cabbing by the quality of your work.

Nice cabs Beef! I like them all but #3 most. I like the backdrop you use too. Very creative. Glad to hear you are addicted to cabbing. With the rock you find on your trips you will have cabs coming out of your ears in no time! Your machine looks really nice too. Steve

Brian That last one is outta site. I have some similar material I found locally that looks like pic 1 and 3. Don't know whether to call it Jasper or Agate. Great workmanship!
