Lookin good. It's not uncommon for that brecciated red jasper to have some hematite or pyrite inclusions.

Wow! That yellow one was a big hit! I wrapped it this weekend and it will soon appear on the wrapping section. Yeah Ed, wierd, no Poppy Jasper. Thanks all for the comments. Those rocks are some of my favorites, partly because they were collected by me- a first. Steve

Nice! I love the yellow one too. Interesting how so many of those California Franciscan Formation Jasper/cherts have those pyrite inclusions. Even the Franciscan stuff from the Sierras has the pyrite....mel
