Here's a few I did this week. Hope you like them! Steve First is another bean shaped Chrysocolla rock for my wife. I wasn't totally sure about the first one so I made another. It's a fun shape to do and very aesthetically pleasing to me. These next two are very special to me. They are jaspers I found on the beach near here. I believe these are the very first cabs I've ever done where I actually picked up the rock! There's something cool about that I haven't experienced unitl now. One yellow: And one red! There's some natural pits in the surface but I let them go because you can barely tell they are there in person. Also there's an interesting bit of pyrite or some metal on the edge. You can see it on the left halfway down if you look really close.

Hey, Steve, you could change your user name into Mr Bean! You're the only one where I saw this interesting shape. Great shine on that bean. Put it in water, maybe it will swell like a real one . That yellow-green jasper is really gorgeous in all the ways: stone, shape, polish, and for you, the fact you picked it up. Adrian

Those are all beautiful. I'm not a yellow fan, but that one I like. Chryscolla is my fave! Sandy

What? No poppy jasper? Nice job Steve. The yellow one gets my vote too. Man, I'm starting to go through some serious withdrawls, thanks for the nice pics.

The red cab is way nice, it looks EXACTLY like the Mary Ellen Jasper we get here in Iowa. Actually I can't call it Mary Ellen because it doesn't come from the Mary Ellen mine, it comes from the sand plant across the road from our house. We pick up oodles and gobs of it.

Broken record here: All three cabs are beauties, Steve, but that yellow one just jumps right at ya.
