Great cabs, was the Jade and the Obsidian close in hardness?

Spike it did seem like they were very close in hardness. It took just as long for the tears to smooth out all the scratches. The jade I collect is about 6.5 on the mohs scale, not sure about the tears.

I love the deep shined look of the first one.

Joe, for some reason this jade took a real high polish easily. It is really translucent too. I am sure a slab will be making its way to Colorado soon.

Sorry, I hope you're not itching too much! Oh, wrong type of crabs! Good to see you getting back to your roots and expanding at the same time.

Crabachons.... You are never going to hear the end of that one, haha! Beautiful work! I never realized that's what Tears look like 'before'. And the jade is amazing! What did you do with the rest of that first piece? Can you cab it, also? Why is it yellow?

Hey Tony... 6.5 moh's huh? This might be the wrong question to ask in the cab section but will your jade tumble well? I've been thinking of trying some... Dan
