Some of these carried over to the batch that finished on the 10th, but its taken this long for the sun and my schedule to agree on a photo op; First a new favorite piece of Tiger eye Then a couple of boulder opals, a little bit of pinfire, but still nothing to get too excited about, (I just have no luck with this material) Labradorite, this stuff is amazing! Mexican fire opal, lots of crazing, but they held up OK, pictures don't do them justice though same stones different background Pietersite And I actually managed to cut a solid spencer opal cab, theres a tiny layer of white clouding the center still, but I think the fire comes through nicely

You definitely have some beautiful cabs here. Sorry to hear that the boulder opals are nothing to get excited about. You can send them over here so you don't have to keep looking at such boring stuff. ;D

Pete, not sure what you mean about the B.O. I think they look great. Not every piece obviously won't have the fire but keep cutting. I keep posting the photo below as you never know. This piece looked really bad and crumbly on the outside but inside was a beautiful gem. Don't give up!
