Well, well, I was on holidays 2 weeks in late June/early July and didn't even touch rocks (not much anyways).
Now that I'm back at work I need to get away and I've gotten busy. and I've managed to do a few of them... Here they are - I tried to get creative with the shapes but I had trouble getting out of my box
Here is a piece of some sort of green stuff from BC (flowerstone maybe)
I love this stuff starburst jasper
Here is a piece of double flow obsidian from that StoneAge Industries contest - it sure is pretty
This is a piece of pet wood from BC: the plank looks just like a piece of dark mahogony - I think it's not quite petrified enough as it smells like wood & doesn't shine up nicely like pet wood normally does - this one's still a little too fresh
Dumoterite (sp?) someone had the name at some point - it's a kinda dark somber bluey color - takes a nice shine
My favorite stuff - rainbow obsidian - I think this one's from Stoner (I can,t remember) - Ed if you're reading this, this one's the one with the unsandable scratches - I managed to capture the rainbow...
Jade from BC - is this snowflake jade6 it sure is GREEN & bright - it looks fake!
Some sort of coral from BC again I think (yeah I'm very good at IDing - how long have I been a member?)
Green moss agate (this one I'm sure of!) except the polish got into the cracks again.... DRAT and the surface is kinda pocky - but I made a freeformish - nice pillow shape...
Thanks for looking - comments & candies welcome! ;D
