Got up early this morn and hit the grinder. I'm leaving tomorrow to spend a week in Las Cruces, so no more cutting for a few daze On the bright side I intend to bring back a truck load of goodies from the hills out there! ;D Ok, here's my latest Imperial Jasper. A few fractures but oh well Mahogany Obsidian. Not a lot of 'mahogany' but it's nice.. the first obsidian I've worked. Hard to get a good pic tho Boulder Opal Some kind of Amethyst with pink, green and white agate running through it (Any ID's on this?). This is my first double dome Side B Brown Springs Agate from the Verde Lake Superior Agate. Fractured to begin with (I've yet to work any that wasn't). Even more so fractured when it went flying out of my hands during polish Royal Sahara. A lot of glare on my pics today.. me thinks I need to build a light box Thanks for looking!

They are all great but the boulder opal is my fav. The lake superior is awesome even with the fracture.

I like the boulder opal too, Brian, but that obsidian looks like it would make a great belt buckle or sumthin! ;D

A name for the fourth one: "HARD TO STARBOARD!!" It really looks like an iceberg on the sea!

Wow Brian they are all nice. Hard to pick a fav. If you want a light box it might be easier to just buy one on ebay. I built one to photo woodturnings but was unhappy with it. $30 got me one off of ebay and I like it much better.

WOW - look at the blue in that BO!!!! I love the blues, so that one really catches my eye - it's stunning! That might just be my favorite of this batch...with a 6 way tie for second favorite!
