Ok I think I have got the hang of taking a halfway decent photo.Here is one of my favorite rock to work...Burro Creek Agate.

I would second your conclusion Stones'n'Bones, that is superb Sir! Both the photo and the stone! I really love the background, and the image is beautifuly lit, and nicely in focus. The stone is gorgeous, I really like the golden freckles, they are subtle but eye catching, and that's a wonderful shape you've selected, really interesting beautiful design. Thanks so much for sharing, you've certainly got the hang with both the Cabbing and The Camming! Cheers, Harry.

Yep beautiful! Very few rich purple material around and Burro Creek is one of the nicest. I like the shape you've chosen too. Would make a great bolo stone...Mel

So that is waht Burro Creek Agate looks like..must be expensive...It is really nice.
