I didn't posted photos of my cabs for a while. The fact that I started to work with silver doesn't mean that I stopped making cabs - and I think I'll never do. So here are some of my latest to recuperate a bit. ;D Some of the cabs in the closer look. Frushka Gora Mt Agate One of my favorite buys at Budapest rock fair - Green Opal from Madagascar. Australian Opal Hungarian Fire Opal The other side. Lapis Chrysoprase Brazilian Natural Citrine The other side. Thanks for looking. Zoran

Another sweet bunch of cabs, Zoran. Is the citrine faceted on one side and domed on the other? The red one in the middle of the first pic, the cut off circle one, is that a local agate?

Ahh... Man, those are just beautiful!!! That group image is stunning! Can't pick a favorite.......... ..... Ok, the fire opal! The citrine makes me want to try faciting, and I sure would like to ask you about working with silver. Tony

That Chrysophrase is the best I have seen. I have never heard of the green opal; looks really cool. If you make any into finished pieces you'll have to show pics

The cabs are beautiful, all of them, but the faceted citrine stands out!

That is a great bunch of cabs. Nice shapes on all of them. I'm just working on my first cabs right now. I hope to someday put out ones as nice as these.

Thanks, all. Is the citrine faceted on one side and domed on the other? The red one in the middle of the first pic, the cut off circle one, is that a local agate? Rich Rich, actually I tried to facet both sides, but, with this complicated design, on a wheel cabber I couldn't do any better. I need a faceting machine. ;D That red one in the middle is actually another Hungarian Fire Opal. Zoran

Those are all fantastic Zoran! The green opal and chrysoprase really stand out to me, as well as the shape of the lapis. Very nice job!

You better not stop cutting cabs, I'd be very disappointed if I wasn't able to drool over your work. Another excellent set Zoran.
