These are the first cabs and one flat surface to be worked on the new machine. ;D They were done over the course of 3 weekends. The first weekend I just made some preforms. I still have some of them that havent been worked yet, so I'm ready to go again. ;D The next weekend I worked through the third wheel. Then finished everything up this weekend. I think this is a geode I cut awhile back or either a dryhead I cut awhile back. I not sure. You know a bad case of CRS (cant remember sh!t) It does have scratches that I missed so I will have to take it back to 220 grit and rework it. 2 in x 2 1/4 in. I think this is a piece a Indian Paint Stone. If not maybe you can tell me what it is. I got this when ordering slabs online. It's pretty soft and easy to work. 30mm x 22mm This is some kind of moss. I think I got it from Sheri(rockhobbit) so it's probably Woodward Ranch. It broke trying to get it off the dop. I'm gonna rework it into a teardrop. 40mm x 10mm Picture Jasper I got from our local club. 25mm x18mm Ocean Jasper with 2 small druzy pockets. 24mm x 14mm My favorite. Mexican Crazy Lace. At the tip on the left side it looks like a little bit is missing (it's not) it's a pocket of clear crystal. A little bit smaller than 40mm x 30mm Thanks for looking. Hope you enjoy. ~~Mitzi~~

Oh Mitzi, give your Shawn a huge-BIG hug! He knows how to build a cabber and you know how to make some real beauties!
I love the Indian Paint Stone--it looks like one of those framed "shifting sands" pieces where the image changes every time you move the window box!
Your other pieces are eye-catching, too, but OMG! your Mexican Crazy Lace!!! I would put that on display in my curio cabinet in a heart beat! It is MAGNIFICENT!!! What incredible beauty you pulled out of that stone!
And you claim you have only just started cabbing, hmmm? In this lifetime maybe!
Now I will need a regular fix--at least once a week--so keep these little beauties coming and get Shawn to give you a huge-Big hug, too!

The cabs look awesome, Mitzi! I also like how you posed 'em in front of the same rough.
