I have mainly been doing opal and jade cabs to date. I didn't realize how much of a pain that material is compared to other stones. After working this stuff, this jasper didn't fall apart, undercut, or take forever to polish like the jade or opal. Here is the Morgan hill poppy jasper I cut up from the other nite. I can't believe how vivid this red was in this material. It was nice to cab something easier for change too. Here are some photos:

The contrast really makes you appreciate how red it is.
