here is a nice piece of Bruneau, maybe i should have domed the other side? never can tell with this stuff. the back: and here are two rutilated quartz ovals, had to get a good pic of the larger one: thanks for looking! KD PS......new cab naming contest in competition time!

Wow ... The backside of that first one is just as cool as the front!! And you can't go wrong with quartz .. *smiles*

You certainly picked the right side of the bruneau to cab. The front looks sharp and the back looks murky. The only thing I would do with the piece is have it made into a pendant with a simple setting.

That Bruneau Cab looks cool. Looks like it has a drop of water on it!! Very nice shine. Love the quartz also.

Nice cabs KD, Bruneau is always a nice material to work. Those rutilated quartz look pretty clear.

KD, I think you picked the right side of the Bruneau, much clearer pattern. I love the quartz though. Rutilated quartz is way up there on the rocks I'd like to cab and that one is a choice piece. I love the way you worked the pattern into it.
