This has been a wooly booger. You guys have seen me do a few cabs that weren't quite this blazing hard. I'm still working with a $40 Ryobi bench grinder (with one 65 grit SiC wheel), a fixed-speed Dremel, some sandpaper and a chamois. But I was really pleased to get something I consider acceptable done out of a piece of Honeymoon Island black I found and slabbed on the WF last week or so: back:
