I changed my mind, I want to call it "Volcanic Creation", looks kinda like something you would see after a volcano has erupted. Thanks for the contest Ed.

You guys are really coming up with some good names and it will be a bear trying to narrow it down. But I think I'll end up going with with 12 finalists. There's still a lot of people who have not entered.

Right, I can sort of see a snake-like creature so I'm going for:
Serpentine Incandescence

Neat contest, thanks. The slab looks like late evening CAMPFIRE COALS to me, but I really like GRINDING BEAR better. It looks like Gwalys and HIS neighbor kid been smokin somethin in the garage also !!!!
Count my vote for GRINDING BEAR.
Good spottin Gwalys !!!!!

At the very top of the rock it looks like a snow capped mountain. A little lower to the left I see the head of a baby lamb. Alittle lower to the left again I see an orange dolphin with a black eye and a fin, swimming up out of the water. To the lower left of that I see the side profile of a pirate with his black patch over his eye and a fancy pirates hat on his head. This can only be called " GOD`S CREATIONS "
It is a beautiful rock. It will make some gorgeous cabs. I would love to wirewrap one of them. Thank you for sharing this rock with us.
