So here are your orders rock recruits.... Good luck in your mission!
Deputy Harry.
Assemble the following ingredients and prepare for some seriously drool inducing cooking, your going to find lots of friends when they smell this stuff in the kitchen!!!!
1, Prepare a large tin with a sheet of tin foil, spread a thin layer of butter over the foil to stop the slabs from sticking.
2, Turn on the oven to 170oC, and put a pan of water on the hob with a low heat. Place a large bowl over the pan and melt the Butter.
3, Using your large rock, smash the chocolate bar to break it up! Before melting in the bowl with the butter.
4, When the mixture is smooth and melted completely, add in the Sugar and mix throughly.
5, Now add the Eggs and Vanilla to the bowl and stir again until completely incorporated.
6, Then mix the Flour and Baking Powder together and mix gently in to the main bowl, stirring until no lumps of flour appear in the chocolate mix.
7, Pour the mix in to the tin, and place in the oven for 20 - 25 minutes. When you poke the middle with a fork and it comes out clean it’s ready.
8, Leave in the tin to cool completely. Then turn out and cut in to choco slabs!
Enjoy them as they are or gently warmed with dollops of ice cream! ;D ;D
You can add extra chunks of chocolate or smash up some nuts with a Rock before pouring in to the tin, I like mine with White, Dark and Milk chocolate chunks!! ;D
So here are my delicious Chocolate Jet Slabs! And the chunk of Jet that inspired them
So you see, it's not too hard to find a cool rock that looks like something delicious Get your cookers started folks, and most importantly - Have Fun! And that’s and Order! ;D
Now Move it and enter the competition!! ;D
I'm still feeling hungry!
